Shipping Information:
We know that timeliness is important to you, so our highest priority is to get your order out of the doors and into the hands of the shipping company. We won’t earn your repeat business if we don’t.

Orders are nearly always shipped by the next business day. Shipped means placed in the hands of the shipping company. Shipped does not mean the same as delivered. Delivery times are dependant upon the customer’s choice in shipping method and are estimates provided by the shipping company. Note business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.

• UPS Ground: Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.
• UPS 3 day select: Delivery time: within 3 business days.
• UPS 2 day air: Delivery time: within 2 business days.
• UPS Next Day Air: Delivery time: next business day
• UPS Next Day Air AM: Delivery time: before noon of the next business day

Shipping Costs:
Shipping is computed during the ordering process BEFORE the order is finalized, thereby allowing you to see the full price of your order before the sale is completed and before you commit to the purchase. Shipping to some locations permit several shipping alternatives. You will be presented with the shipping cost under each available alternative during the order process. 

International Shipping:
Orders to over 200 International locations are shipped using :

• UPS Worldwide Expedited (where available). Tracking number provided. Delivery time dependant upon country. Check UPS website for delivery time.
• UPS Worldwide Express. Delivery time dependant upon country. Check UPS website for delivery time. Tracking number provided.
• UPS 2nd day Air (where available): 2 business days. Tracking number provided.
• UPS Next Day Air: Next business day. Tracking number provided.
• USPS Global Express: 3-5 days. Tracking number provided.

Note about Zero Shipping Costs:  If you receive a Shipping Cost of zero and you live outside of the United States then you did not correctly enter you shipping address, zip, or country.  Email us and provide us with your address and the product you wish to purchase and we will be happy to provide the cost to you.  We are not obligated to ship when international orders have shipping costs with zero amounts.

Import fees, taxes and duties:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any import fees, taxes, duties, etc. imposed by buyer’s country for imported goods. Avoid lengthy delays by addressing import fees and duties before you order a product.
