Mailing your order:  

If you would like to place your order via mail and pay by check or credit card you may want to use this option. To order by mail, return to the website and place your order as if you were going to order online. When you arrive at the Customer Information screen, select the payment method “Phone/Fax” from the drop down menu. Complete the required information on the form, print it, and mail it with a check or credit card information to:

Faxing your order

If you would like to place your order via fax and pay by credit card you use this option. To order by fax, return to the website and place your order as if you were going to order online.
